Stir-Fried Noodles with Marinated Chicken

This savory dish features tender marinated chicken and scrambled eggs mixed with stir-fried noodles, seasoned with soy sauces and chili pepper powder, and topped with chopped scallions.

What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp salt

tbsp dark soy sauce

egg noodles

tbsp cooking oil

tbsp olive oil

tbsp soy sauce

white onion
tsp red chili powder
tbsp cornstarch

egg

tbsp wine

pinch scallion
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken breast with salt, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, cornstarch, and olive oil. 2. Boil the noodles in hot water for 2 minutes, rinse under cold water, and set aside. 3. Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, scramble the eggs, and fry. Set aside when done. 4. Using the same pan, add 5 tablespoons of cooking oil and brown the chicken breast. Add cooking wine and cook with the lid closed for 3 minutes. 5. Slice the white onion, add it to the chicken, sauté for 30 seconds, and then add the noodles. 6. Season the noodles with dark soy sauce, soy sauce, chinese red chili pepper powder, and scallions. 7. Serve while hot.
