Instructions
1. Season the chicken thigh with salt, white pepper powder, cumin, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Let it marinate overnight. 2. Mix the marinated chicken with the egg. 3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with tapioca starch. 4. Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken. 5. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 425F for 15 minutes. 6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 15 minutes. 7. Add basil leaves in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
