Easy, delicious, heart-warming Nutella rolls made with a sweet yeast dough.

What you need

oz bread flour

oz active yeast
egg

oz nutella

oz sugar

oz salt

oz full fat milk

egg
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except butter in a stand mixer until everything is well incorporated. (You may need to add more flour or water as different bread flours vary in water retention). Add butter and mix for another 10 minutes. Let the dough sit for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size. Roll the dough out into a large square shape and brush with Nutella. Cut the dough into stripes, approximately 60g per stripe. Twist the stripes into any shapes of your option. Brush with egg wash and let it rise again until it doubles in size. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until brown on top.View original recipe
