What you need
tbsp cornstarch

bunch egg noodles

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp table salt

white onion

tbsp cooking oil

tbsp sugar
lb pork belly
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the black bean paste for 30 seconds; remove. 2. In the same pan, sauté the pork belly until fragrant. 3. Season with soy sauce, salt, and sugar. 4. Add the diced onions and cook until they are slightly soft. 5. Return the black bean paste to the pan and mix well. 6. Stir in the cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes with the lid on. 8. In a separate pan, boil the fresh egg noodles for 2-3 minutes, then rinse under cold water to prevent them from sticking together. 9. Serve the zhajiangmian topping over the noodles.
