tsp vanilla extract

cup unsalted butter

tbsp heavy cream

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Bring butter to room temperature. Place the room temperature butter in a mixing bowl and mix until the texture is creamy. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything gets mixed evenly. Add in the powdered sugar and cacao powder.
