Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with white pepper and sesame oil. Mix well to coat. 3. In a separate, larger bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. 4. Gradually whisk in water to the dry ingredients until a smooth, thick batter forms. 5. Add the seasoned chicken to the batter and ensure each piece is fully coated. 6. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat. 7. Carefully drop the battered chicken pieces one by one into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. 8. Fry the chicken in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through. 9.
