Marshmallows and Chocolate Overload Brownies SAVE THIS RECIPE 👇🏻 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 bag of marshmallows Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Place marshmallow to cover the top.
