Here’s how you make this stunning cake: 2 eggs 50g sugar 100g eggnog 50g heavy cream 30g butter 150g cake flour 2g baking powder Combine all wet ingredients and add in cake flour and baking powder last. Mix when, and bake at 350F for 35mins. Once baked, mix sugar and water 1:1 ratio and brush over the cake while hot. Drizzle as much maple syrup as you desire!
