Brown sugar banana bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together the banana, egg and sugar until light, add in milk. Separately, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Stir in the vanilla extract, and walnuts. Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Decorate the top with half slice of banana and some walnuts. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
